Aeron introduces possibly the stiffest alloy boom on the market. With specialized alloy tempering process, we have arrived at the optimal strength - stiffness ratio and still getting a reduced diameter of just 29mm including the EVA grip.
Implementing the tapering technology with the newest ergonomic bends , the result is enhanced rig control and feel that has to be experienced to be believed. The stiffness of these Aeron booms is incredible and sets a new standard for alloy booms.

JAWS: Reduced diameter 26mm tube throughout.

HEAD: The 2009 Boom Head was designed with over 20 years experience in windsurfing component design. The design decreases weight and brings the boom tubes as close to the mast as possible thus improving swing weight. The low profile ensures maximum safety especially with all the new school tricks of today. The proven mast cup ensures maximum grip with minimum point loading.
          
GRIP TEXTURE: To reduce wear on the EVA in the front section a high density logo badge is stitched into the EVA.

STD TAIL HOUSING: Double riveted.

ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM: Adjustment system has a double pin clip which engages with the carbon moulded extension tubes. The tubes are not drilled but have holes formed in a reinforced strip for maximum strength.
